Right opposite the grounds of Alexandria, Be Seen Studio is a modern, natural lighting studio, with high polished concrete ceilings and polished concrete flooring to compliment. The space is perfect for all types of content whether that be, social media content, E-commerce shoots or campaign style productions, Be Seen Studio is your go-to space for all visual content creation.
CANCELLATION & RECHEDULING POLICY: All shoots are to be paid in full at checkout on the Be Seen Socials website at the time of booking. No refunds will be provided for cancellations only a rescheduled studio booking/new time slot based on the current availability and can only be rescheduled within 30 days of the original booking. Rescheduled bookings within 48 hours of the billing will incur a 50% rescheduling fee which will be credited toward the next booking but will not be returned in cash. LATE/EARLY POLICY: The booking time starts from the time slot booked with a 15 minute early window for setup and bringing in equipment. The booking ends when slot time is over, with a 15 grace time for pack up, anything will incur an overtime fee of $50 every 15 minutes over time. DAMAGE POLICY: If anything is broken, stained, ripped or damaged in your booking, a full charge for the repair and/or full replacement fee will be required to be paid. All furniture and condition of the studio after each session will be done to ensure it clear which session has caused the damage.
